Holding a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Allahabad University and an MBA in HR from Symbiosis, she began her career in corporate India, earning accolades such as Best Employee at Maruti Suzuki, and later serving as Director – Strategic HR at a CMMI Level-3 IT company.
Motivated by widespread unemployment-especially among women and fresh graduates-she founded Solvix Focus India in 2009, which later evolved into a private limited company in 2012. Today, Solvix Focus India is recognized as one of Telangana’s leading skilling centers for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, having trained and placed thousands of candidates with top organizations including HCL, Mphasis, Wockhardt, and BKC Mumbai.
Elite AI Innovation: MediBot and Future-Ready Solutions
Cherukuri Lakshmi Rao’s leadership extends beyond skilling into elite AI-powered healthcare innovation. Her flagship initiative, MediBot, is an AI-enabled health companion designed to simplify medication management and improve patient adherence.
